Rebuilding forgotten Lego that were missing instructions

400-4 Vintage basic racing car

This vintage basic racing car is designed on this leaflet extracted from set 400-4 introducing small wheels with axles to Lego inventory. It is fairly easy to build except for the trans-clear macaroni brick on the top that is supposed to represent the windscreen of the car. I don’t think this is realistic to set it like that. Anyways, here’s my instructions and inventory proposal. Please let me know if you build it as I am not planning on doing it.
