Town Gift Package : Large country house

Today, we are building a large cottage or country house, as featured in the 1955 Lego System Town Set Extension Kit (also known as the Gift Package). This impressive L-shaped structure includes a prominent chimney. As only one reference image of this set exists, I’ve chosen to construct it on the standard baseplates included with the kit. To enhance stability and support the roof, I’ve added bricks inside the structure. For best results, I recommend using standard 1×8 bricks with bottom tubes, rather than those without, to ensure a sturdier build.
