Idea Book 238-0 Town Plan : Tiny Town House

The LEGO small town house in the image is a compact, single-story structure that reflects the minimalist and charming design typical of early LEGO sets from the 1960s, such as those featured in the LEGO System Idea Book no. 1 (238-0).

The house has a simple rectangular shape with white walls made of stacked white LEGO bricks, giving it a clean and blocky appearance. Its most prominent feature is the steeply sloped red roof, constructed with red LEGO plates in a gabled design, which adds a classic touch to the structure. The roof extends slightly over the walls, creating a small overhang.

On the front facade, there are two windows with red frames and shutters, positioned symmetrically on either side of a central red door. The windows have a transparent design, typical of LEGO’s early window pieces, allowing light to theoretically pass through. Above the door and windows, a red awning spans the width of the facade, providing a shaded area and adding to the house’s quaint charm.
